By placing an order through the Cuddles & Meow website you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you'd like to cancel your order, please do it within 24 hours upon placing your order. If your order has still yet to be sent out, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a tracking number, unfortunately we wouldn't be able to cancel your order.


7 DAY REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Due to our warehouse being located overseas, we only provide refund/resend for damaged and wrong products. 

Refund requests for orders received after 7 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 7 days have gone by since you've received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund, unless the items were wrongly sent.

Additionally, we do not provide refund if the reason of the refund is your cat(s) doesn't like our products. Each cats have their unique personalities and it's out of our control if your cat chose to like or not like our products. Hope you'll understand! 


DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@cuddlesmeow.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


RESENDING

We only resend products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need us to resend an item please contact us at support@cuddlesmeow.com


RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on resending/refund.
